Some of our new public computers are now capable of writing files to a CD rather than to a floppy drive. CD's are available for purchase at our Reference desks for $1.00. Our computer technician has written instructions for how to write your files/documents to a CD. If you need additional assistance, our Reference staff will be happy to help you.
Introducing BookNews, a new online service for our readers. This new reader's advisory service gives readers access to free electronic newsletters about a wide variety of books via the library's Web site or delivered directly to their e-mail address on the 15th of each month. The newsletters include reviews, descriptions and author commentaries. Links within the newsletters take subscribers directly to the Library catalog, so you can easily see if a title is available at their local library or anywhere in the library system.
Wireless technology is now available at our Willoughby, Willoughby Hills and Willowick locations. Bring your wireless device into one of these libraries and be able to connect to the internet. Click on this link to access instructions.
